If you have been injured in a pedestrian accident, speak with a personal injury attorney at McGee, Lerer & Associates about your right to compensation for medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. We have offices in Long Beach, Santa Monica, Los Angeles and Pasadena.

If you cannot afford to pay for medical treatment up front, or don't know what type of doctor to treat with, our law firm can refer you to a medical provider who will treat you on a lien, which means the doctor agrees to wait to be paid until your case settles. We can often arrange for same day or next day medical treatment. You should know that the driver's insurance company will use it against you if you delay seeking medical treatment, or if there are lengthy gaps between medical appointments. The insurance adjuster will use gaps or delays to support his or her position that you were not really injured, or that your injuries were minor at best. Speak with a personal injury attorney BEFORE you speak to the insurance adjuster. A lawyer at our firm is available 24/7 to provide a free consultation.
