When Do You Need A Lawyer After a Car Accident?

If you were at fault for a car accident and you have auto insurance, your insurance company will likely handle any claim against you. On the other hand, if the other driver was at fault, and if you suffered anything more than minor injuries, you should seek the advice of a personal injury lawyer. Most personal injury attorneys provide free consultations. If you decide to hire one, they don’t charge you upfront. Personal injury lawyers work on a contingency fee basis, which means that they are paid at the end of the case out of the money they collect for you.
