Karla Preciado

Karla graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in political science. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she received the highest grade in Legal, Research and Writing and Trial Advocacy.
Before law school, Karla worked at a top insurance company as a claims adjuster. Rather than working to save the insurance company money by low-balling injury claimants, she decided to instead use her talents and passion fighting for fair compensation for injury victims.
Karla joined McGee Lerer right out of law school. Her previous negotiation skills as an adjuster and knowledge of the insurance industry make her an ideal advocate on the plaintiff’s side. Karla is fluent in Spanish and is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
Karla is married to McGee Lerer attorney Paul Garcia. In her spare time, Karla enjoys watching horror and romance movies, practicing her French, swimming, and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband at the park, beach, and Disneyland.
