liability case.
Prior to starting his own law firm in 2001, Daniel McGee spent 16 years
working at one of California’s leading personal injury law firms.
There, he served as law firm manager, associate attorney, and partner.
During his tenure, the firm achieved outstanding success with more than
$100,000,000 in verdicts and settlements, including the largest verdict
(over $25,000,000) in U.S. history against a police department.
In addition, Mr. McGee was intimately involved in numerous multi-million
dollar verdicts and settlements involving products liability cases against
auto manufacturers. He litigated several multi-party toxic tort cases
and numerous spinal cord and brain injury cases. As a result of his multi-million
dollar verdicts and settlements, Attorney McGee is a lifetime member of

Mr. McGee is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), the
Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the American
Association for Justice. He has been a featured speaker at the annual
Consumer Attorneys Las Vegas convention. He is licensed to practice in
state and federal courts. He received his B.S. from USC and attended Whittier
