A motorcyclist was killed in a crash involving a sedan in Pomona Saturday. The accident happened about 5:06 p.m. on Mission Blvd., west of Myrtle Ave.
The victim, whose name has not been released pending notification of his relatives, was transported by air ambulance to a local hospital. He was pronounced dead shortly after 8 p.m.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation. According to the Pomona Police Department, the driver of the sedan cooperated with officers at the scene.
